- Use the electronic application to apply for jobs.
Computers are available for use outside of the UNLV employment office. If you are unable to apply electronically, call us at 702-895-2894 or e-mail hrsearch@unlv.edu.
- Read the job announcement.
Please read the job announcement thoroughly before applying. Research what the job entails and make sure that you have the minimum qualifications.
- Keep your user ID and password information in a safe place.
In HR Search, once you submit your materials, you can re-enter this site with your user ID and password and make changes or corrections to your information. You may use the same log-in information to apply for multiple positions.
- Provide good contact information.
Provide the best phone number and e-mail address that we can use to contact you concerning the status of your application.
- Submit all required documents.
You must attach a cover letter, your resume/curriculum vitae, and a list of references. Attach each as a separate document. Required documents can be either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat files. The file names must have either a .doc or a .pdf extension.
